Expect the blog to be supported in part by affiliates. I have submitted documentation to be considered to be an affiliate by bookshop.org, who not only has a sustainable model but sends parts of every purchase to keep local bookstores alive. I will populate this page as I get this all ordered, but admittedly it is low on the list.
